Broun (R-GA) – Page 42, Line 15 – Reduces funding for Amtrak operating grants by 10% ($34 million) and transfers the savings to the Spending Reduction Account. (Defeated 154-248)

Chabot (R-OH) – Page 73, Line 7 – Reduces overall funding for Section 8 housing programs by 10% (approximately $3 billion) and transfers the savings to the Spending Reduction Account. (Defeated 127-279)

Gohmert (R-TX) – Page 85, Line 3 – ​Reduces the Public Housing Capital Fund and the Public Housing Operating Fund by $24.7 million collectively, transfers the same amount to the Spending Reduction Account.  (Defeated 160-266)

Burgess (R-TX) – Prohibits funds from being used by the Secretary of Transportation to authorize a person to manufacture or operate an unmanned aircraft capable of delivering a weapons for use over U.S. airspace.  (Point of ordered)

Hartzler (R-MO) – Prohibits funds from being used for highway beautification projects through the Federal Highway Administration Transportation Alternatives Program. (Defeated 188-237)

Daines (R-MT) – Prohibits funds from being used to develop, issue, or implement regulations that increase insurance coverage minimums required of trucking and bus companies.  (Passed 214-212)

DeSantis (R-FL) – Prohibit funds from being used by HUD to repay loans issued by that same agency. (Adopted voice)

Gosar (R-AZ) -Prohibits funds from being used by HUD to retain outside legal counsel. (Defeated 177-249)

Gosar (R-AZ) – Prohibits funds from being used by HUD to implement, enforce, or administer their proposed Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Rule.  (Passed 219-207)

Royce (R-CA) – Amendment No. 5 – Prohibits funds from the Public Housing Trust Fund from being used by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. (Adopted voice)

Denham (R-CA) – Prohibits funds from being used for high-speed rail in California or for the California High-Speed Rail Authority (Passed 227-186)

Blackburn (R-TN) – Amendment No. 1 – 1% across the board spending cut to all accounts in the bill (Defeated 159-260)

Grayson (D-FL) – Prohibits funds from being used to award extra payments to contractors whose contractors are behind schedule or over budget. (Adopted voice)

Gosar (R-AZ) – Reduces HUD-Management and Administration-Executive Offices by $2 million (back to FY2014 funding levels) (Defeated 190-232)

Gosar (R-AZ) – Reduces all sums made available under the section HUD-Management and Administration-Administrative Support Offices by 4.2%. (Defeated 181-240)

Cassidy (R-LA) – Amendment No. 23 -Would imposed various restrictions on the issuance of grants under the TIGER program. (Point of ordered)

Yoho (R-FL)– Prohibits funds from being used for promulgating GPS tracking and electronic on-board recording devices in light-duty non-commercial passenger motor vehicles. (Adopted voice)

Gingrey (R-GA) – Amendment No. 29 – Prohibits funds from being used to pay a federal employee during any period when that employee is using “official time” (Defeated 167-254)

Gingrey (R-GA) – Prohibits funds from being used by Amtrak for food and beverage services  (Adopted voice)

Sessions (R-TX) – Prohibits funds from being used by Amtrak to operate any route whose operating costs exceed two times its revenues based on the National Railroad Passenger Corporation FY2013-2017 Five Year Plan from May 2013. (Defeated 167-250)
