Revised Expresses the sense of Congress that the President should establish an Advisory Board on Toxic Substances and Worker Health. The Board would advise the President on the review and approval of the site exposure matrix (SEM) used to determine the eligibility of DOE contractor employee claims for compensation for illnesses resulting from exposure to toxic substances. (Leaning NO)
#39 Van Hollen (MD), Moran, James (VA), Mulvaney (SC): Matches the President’s budget request for Overseas Contingency Operations. (Eliminating $5b OCO Plus-up above Pentagon Request) (YES)
