Congressman Wenstrup posted this on Facebook:
The Internet has revolutionized our economy, allowing small businesses in southern Ohio to sell their products to the world. Now is not the time for the federal government to force businesses in Ohio to collect taxes for states as far away as Hawaii, and face liens and penalties if they fail to comply with the over 9,600 different taxing regimes.
This is why I oppose the Marketplace Fairness Act. Share this if you agree. http://on.wsj.com/121QUDA
We thank him for being one of the first to publicly announce his opposition to this bill that would lead to more money for the government and less money for the people. Keep up the good work Rep. Wenstrup!
